There are different forms to complete depending on whether you produce agriculture products for sale or not. Please review the two sections below to determine which forms you need to download and complete (all forms included as a PDF).
If you produce agriculture products for sale and are interested in becoming a new member, please download and complete the applicable forms in this section.
This form needs to be completed by any person or business entity that produces agriculture products with gross sales of $1500 or more per year. Once your agriculture membership application is received, you will be given a co-op membership number, which you will provide at the time of purchase.
This form is for youth that desire to set up a credit feed account for their 4-H and FFA show animal projects.
This form is for co-op members who request the option to set up credit terms for their membership account at the co-op. This form can be submitted at the same time that the membership application form is submitted. It can also be completed at a later date if someone decides to request credit terms for a membership account that has already been established.
It is highly recommended that co-op members who receive feed deliveries, custom feed mill services, and agronomic services such as fertilizer spreading and crop protectant applications in the field complete a credit application. Otherwise, these services cannot be performed until they are paid for in advance which may cause a delay in scheduling.
Please note that there are two different credit application forms to choose from. Complete the credit application form that is most applicable to your account.
The Commonwealth of Virginia grants an exemption for paying state sales tax on certain purchases. There are several forms for Virginia. Please choose the form below that best matches your individual situation if you desire to receive a sales tax exemption on related purchases.
If you do not qualify as an agriculture member, you can still get a non-producer account set up with the co-op by downloading and completing the applicable forms below. With this type of account, payments are made at the time of purchase by cash, check, or credit/debit card. You may also request credit terms with Augusta Co-op for your account.
Many individuals and organizations desire this non-producer membership account option to make it easier to track their co-op purchases, pay by invoice number, complete product returns, to have a record for warranty repairs, track loyalty card purchases and to receive notices about special events and other happenings at the co-op.
